  I took my car and my mother's car in for full service oil changes with inspections and tire rotations.
  They said my front brakes were really bad and I should change them right away.
  Mom's brakes were desperate on front and rear.
  Mom needed struts all the way around and tie rod ends. Over 800 dollars.
  She has a power steering leak but they didn't mention that.
  I didn't have time or money to take care of it until the next time I came home. (I drive over the road).
  I checked Mom's tie rod ends and struts. They seemed fine to me.
  Just a few days later, my low tire light came on. I checked and all 4 tires were very low, around 20 pounds. Checked Mom's and they were the same.
  Later that week Mom was in the valley and overheated. She was way low on antifreeze. She got it filled and hasn't had a problem for 3 weeks, no leaks.
  Yesterday I came home for a few days. I bought brakes. When I pulled them down, mine were at about 50 percent. Mom's fronts were about 50 percent and her rears were about 30 percent.
  So in summary, they didn't catch the power steering leak, the low anti-freeze, or the low tires.
  They said we were in desperate need of over $1000 worth of work that we did not need.
  Total crooks.
  When you take your car in for a PM, inspection and tire rotation, you assume you are ready for a road trip when you get it out. Not here.
  When they tell you you need repairs immediately, you assume they are being honest. Not here.
  It's a shame. I felt like I could trust Fletcher's. I will not be using this place any more.
